The Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to support a primary client on-site in Ohio while contributing to internal platform development. This role is designed for a developer with 3 years of experience who can work independently and contribute creative technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in software engineering and a demonstrated interest in the evolving Generative AI ecosystem.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site technical point of contact for a key client, ensuring core requirements and operational needs are met.
- Identify gaps and autonomously suggest new work, creative solutions, or architectural improvements for both client and internal platform projects.
- Design and implement AI-driven applications, specifically focusing on LLM Agents, multi-agent architectures, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients to bridge AI models with secure data sources.
- Manage the containerization of services using Docker and oversee their integration into cloud-based environments.
- Stay current with the Python AI ecosystem (e.g., LangGraph, PydanticAI) to prototype and recommend modern frameworks for production use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hindsight, or AutoGen
- Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization
- Knowledge of LLM Agent creation, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced prompting techniques
- Ability to clearly present technical concepts and suggest new project initiatives to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related degree.
