What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers, serving as the primary technical authority from discovery through go-live and beyond.
  • Architect and configure complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, industry best practices, and Tenon product standards.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain implementation methodologies, templates, and documentation to standardize delivery and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance on platform capabilities, workflow optimization, and change management considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach team members on implementation best practices, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and customer engagement strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during implementations, including integrations, data migrations, and custom development requirements.
  • Create and deliver training materials and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customers to maximize their investment in the platform.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities as needed, including solution demonstrations, scoping exercises, and technical discovery calls.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance implementation approaches and customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the implementation practice, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in testing customizations done as part of customer onboardings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or technical delivery roles, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration work.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including knowledge of core modules, scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Proven track record of leading complex implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience with data migration strategies, integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server), and third-party system connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders alike.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Experience mentoring peers, leading workstreams, or driving initiatives that elevate team capabilities.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA (Certified System Administrator); CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) or CAD (Certified Application Developer) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within iterative delivery frameworks.

Compensation

  • 140 - 160k annual salary based on experience
