Enterprise Account Executive

Germany

Tenon is building the future of enterprise marketing automation on ServiceNow.

Tenon Automate gives marketing teams a single platform to plan, build, execute, and measure campaigns and customer communications using the data and workflows already available across the enterprise. Because Tenon is built natively on ServiceNow, organizations can connect marketing with customer service, sales, IT, and other teams without adding another disconnected platform.

Tenon’s technology is also available from ServiceNow as ServiceNow Marketing Automation, powered by Tenon.

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead Tenon’s growth across EMEA, with a primary focus on Europe.

This is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to build a territory, create pipeline, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and close new business. You will sell directly to large enterprises while working closely with ServiceNow account teams, solution consultants, partners, and executives to develop and advance joint opportunities.

The right person will be comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership. You will help establish Tenon’s presence in the region, build senior relationships across marketing, customer experience, and IT, and turn the ServiceNow ecosystem into a meaningful source of new business.

This is a remote position based in Europe and will require regular travel across the region.

What You’ll Do at Tenon

  • Build and execute a territory plan for Tenon across Europe and the broader EMEA market
  • Generate pipeline through a combination of direct prospecting, ServiceNow co-selling, partner relationships, customer referrals, and inbound opportunities
  • Develop relationships with senior executives across marketing, customer experience, digital, sales, and IT
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through evaluation, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Understand each customer’s business priorities and connect Tenon’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes
  • Partner closely with ServiceNow account executives, solution consultants, product teams, and regional leadership to identify and advance joint opportunities
  • Coordinate Tenon’s sales, solution consulting, product, implementation, and executive teams throughout the sales process
  • Maintain disciplined opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting
  • Help shape Tenon’s EMEA go-to-market strategy by sharing customer, partner, and market feedback
  • Represent Tenon at customer meetings, partner events, executive briefings, and industry events across the region
  • Consistently achieve or exceed new business and annual recurring revenue targets

What You’ll Need

  • Seven or more years of B2B software sales experience, including significant experience selling into large enterprise organizations
  • A demonstrated record of creating pipeline, managing complex sales processes, and consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, CRM, customer experience, workflow, or related platforms
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives
  • Experience working through partner or platform ecosystems, with ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
  • Strong territory planning, qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and executive communication skills
  • A willingness to prospect and build opportunities directly, not simply manage an existing pipeline
  • The ability to work effectively across countries, cultures, and time zones
  • Fluency in English; fluency in an additional European language is strongly preferred
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to help build the region from the ground up
  • The ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe and periodically to the United States

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary for this role is €130,000 base, €260,000 OTE
  • The final compensation package will depend on experience, qualifications, location, and local employment requirements.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
