About the Role

You will supercharge our team to focus on scaling the product, oversee internal ops, and enable the company to operate with speed and excellence.    

You will:

• Team Logistics: Coordinate company wide business events and travel (flights, hotels, transportation, on-sites, off-sites, etc.), team lunches, team social events, and beyond
• Internal Admin: Support with the management of business systems, including but not limited to; onboarding/offboarding employees, keeping SaaS tools organized, managing receipts, and other administrative tasks
• Office Management: full ownership of the management of our Toronto office (where you’ll work out of) as well as our SF office (remotely)
• Executive Support: Directly support the CEO, CTO, VP Operations—manage and optimize calendars, ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization, handle email organization and prioritization, manage relevant business and personal tasks

You are:

• 3+ years in a People Operations or Internal Admin role for a fast-paced company (tech, legal, investment banking, or similar)
• Highly attentive—your attention to detail is unmatched, no details escape you
• Extremely trustworthy—you have experience being responsible with access to confidential and sensitive information
• Highly organized—you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks
• Fast learner—you’re a sharp, fast thinker with a high aptitude for learning
• Excellent communicator—you can synthesize complex information into easy to digest language
• Thrive under pressure—Tensor is a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, it’s not for everyone

Bonus points for:

• Excited about crypto
• Experience with common SaaS applications (Superhuman, Float, Rippling, Slack, Notion, Navan, Google Apps, Calendly, and beyond)

Location:

• Toronto—this role is IRL at our HQ

Compensation:

• Base salary of $114,000 CAD + tokens/equity
