We're hiring a Business Applications Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and support of the enterprise systems that keep our business running smoothly. This role connects technology with real business impact—optimizing tools like ERP, CRM, and HRIS to drive growth, efficiency, and better decision-making.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are
- Deeply experienced with enterprise apps (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and system integration.
- Skilled in project management and comfortable juggling multiple complex initiatives.
- Clear communicator with a knack for turning business needs into tech solutions.
- Comfortable leading teams, vendors, and change across the org.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
