As a Technical Operations Program Manager at Tenstorrent, you’ll lead complex programs that support the development and delivery of our AI and HPC products. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving projects, align engineering and operations teams, and keep execution tightly focused. If you thrive on cross-functional coordination, clear communication, and solving for scale, this is a great fit.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON; Austin, TX; or Santa Clara, CA, with the opportunity to be remote on a candidate-by-candidate basis.

What We Need

  • Drive planning and execution of technical programs across hardware and software orgs
  • Build project plans, track progress, surface blockers, and keep priorities clear
  • Own metrics, dashboards, and reporting on usage, cost, and operational performance
  • Collaborate with finance, engineering, and external vendors to align goals and budgets

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
