
Release Engineer, Metal

As a Release Engineer on the Metal team at Tenstorrent, you’ll make sure our software gets into the hands of users quickly and reliably. You’ll own the release process end to end, from packaging builds to solving customer issues. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex systems, tightening up workflows, and working across teams to keep things running smoothly, you’ll feel right at home.
This role is hybrid, based out of Warsaw or Gdansk, Poland. We also consider remote candidates on a case-by-case status.

Who You Are
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for clean, reliable release processes.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments and scripting in Python or Bash.
- Confident navigating CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like GitHub.
- A clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
What We Need
- Coordinate release sign-offs and ensure all quality and readiness checks are met.
- Package and publish software using Docker, CMake, and other build tools.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD workflows to keep releases fast and predictable.
- Own source code updates, manage versioning, and help resolve post-release issues.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
