
Staff Engineer, SoC Devops

We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to help define, build, and optimize the infrastructure and development tools that are critical to developing our chips. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of IT, EDA flows, and automation.
This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, Ottawa, Boston, or Austin.

- A Linux expert passionate about automation and process optimization.
- Skilled in scripting (Python, Tcl, Bash) and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
- Curious about EDA tools and infrastructure (LSF, Modules, SQL, FlexLM).
- Engineers to automate and optimize our chip development infrastructure.
- Builders of robust CI/CD pipelines for the full VLSI design flow.
- Experts to identify and eliminate design bottlenecks across the lifecycle.
- Innovators eager to apply AI/ML for workflow enhancement.
- Architects to scale and manage HPC and cloud-integrated resources.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
