Tenstorrent is seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to develop cutting-edge die-to-die chiplet PHY IP solutions that power the future of AI computing. You'll work at the forefront of deep sub-micron technologies, collaborating with circuit architects and cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of analog/mixed-signal design. This role is hybrid, based out of Boston, MA; Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; Fort Collins, CO; or Portland, OR.

Who You Are
- A seasoned analog/mixed-signal designer with 10+ years of experience delivering production-ready silicon.
- Expert in sub-28nm CMOS design with deep understanding of physical layout constraints and impacts.
- Self-motivated innovator who thrives on creating leading-edge solutions and improving design methodologies.
- Collaborative team player who can analyze complex problems and communicate solutions effectively.
What We Need
- BSEE/MSEE/PhD with minimum 10 years of relevant analog/mixed-signal design experience.
- Proven track record of circuit/SOC tape-outs leading to production in sub-28nm technologies.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and analog design flows.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize design efficiency and quality.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
