
Technical Business Development Architect

We are seeking a technically strong and business-savvy individual to join our architecture team in Santa Clara as a Technical Business Development Manager. This role will serve as a critical interface between our technical architects and external partners, customers, and investors. You will support strategic business engagements by preparing technical presentations, tracking partner requirements, and coordinating follow-ups across internal teams. A solid understanding of technology roadmaps and their alignment with business goals is essential.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

- A strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into compelling stories for external audiences.
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and owning execution from start to finish.
- Bonus if you understand Mandarin or Japanese or have experience in early-stage hardware companies.
What We Need
- 5+ years of experience in technical business development, product management, or technical marketing.
- Deep understanding of CPU architecture, SoC design, or AI hardware/software stacks.
- A solid grasp of tech roadmaps and how to align them with business and partner objectives.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
