Tenstorrent is looking for a dynamic and driven Operations/Technical Program Manager to help power the future of AI and computing hardware. We’re looking for someone who knows the semiconductor supply chain inside and out and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring expertise in NPI development build cycles, supply chain management, and program execution—and apply it to some of the most advanced AI and computing hardware projects in the industry. We are ideally looking for a candidate fluent in both Mandarin and English.

This role is remote, based out of Taiwan.

Who You Are

  • Seasoned in semiconductor supply chain management and program execution, with hands-on OSAT experience.
  • Skilled at juggling complex projects across global teams, suppliers, and time zones.
  • A strong communicator who keeps executives, engineers, and external partners all on the same page.
  • Problem-solver with a knack for process improvements and staying up-to-date on global supply chain trends, semiconductor market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

 

What We Need

  • Own supply chain operations from packaged tests all the way through delivery to SMT.
  • Lead special projects and keep timelines, resources, and deliverables on track.
  • Build strong supplier relationships while keeping quality, cost, and risks in check.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and keep leadership in the loop with clear updates.
