Tenstorrent is advancing the next generation of AI and compute technology, powered by global teams collaborating across engineering, architecture, and operations. The Project Management Support Specialist plays a key role in enabling our Japan-based engineering organization to stay focused on technical innovation by handling operational, administrative, and customer-facing program tasks. This is a highly collaborative role interfacing with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
This role is hybrid, based out of Tokyo, Japan.

What We Need
- Strong understanding of business operations or finance within the Japanese region.
- Experience supporting R&D or government-funded projects (preferred).
- Fluent Japanese communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams and disciplines.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
