
Project Manager, People Team

This Contract Project Manager role sits at the center of the People team, driving structure and execution across high-impact initiatives—starting with compensation programs like equity refresh and performance cycles. It’s a hands-on role focused on bringing clarity, coordination, and momentum to complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX.

What We Need
- Ownership of end-to-end project delivery across People initiatives, with a focus on compensation programs and launches.
- Development of clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Coordination across cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
- Proactive tracking of progress, risks, and dependencies, with regular updates to stakeholders.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
