
Manager, Silicon Supplier Quality

As a Supplier Quality Engineer for Custom Silicon, you are the primary guardian of product integrity across our external manufacturing ecosystem. You will partner with Foundries, Substrate vendors, and OSAT partners to ensure bespoke chips meet the highest standards of reliability, yield, and performance.
This role is hybrid, based out of Taiwan.

Who You Are
- 8+ years of expertise driving hardware or semiconductor quality across the full lifecycle—design, process, incoming, and supplier systems.
- A Custom Silicon Specialist with deep experience in foundries, substrate manufacturing, and advanced packaging (2.5D/3D, Flip-Chip).
- A "Zero-to-One" Builder who has experience transitioning companies from R&D to high-volume product delivery.
- An Auditor & Strategist comfortable leading global audits (Foundry/OSAT) and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and JEDEC standards.
What We Need
- Build the Supplier Quality Org from the ground up, defining how we manage our external manufacturing ecosystem (Foundry, Substrate, and OSAT).
- Own the Quality Management System (QMS), integrating ISO 9001 and JEDEC standards into a cohesive, scalable framework.
- Architect the PCN and Qualification Process, overseeing end-to-end reliability (HTOL, HAST, ESD/LU) to ensure supplier changes never compromise integrity.
- Drive Advanced OSAT Oversight, implementing "Safe Launch" programs and manufacturing controls for complex silicon assembly.
- Lead Technical Root Cause Analysis, utilizing 8D methodologies to resolve complex failures and institutionalize recurrence prevention.
