Tenstorrent is leading the industry in cutting-edge AI technology, rethinking performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency across the full stack—from software models and compilers to networking and semiconductors. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a supply chain systems leader to own the systems and workflows that run our supply chain.

As Senior Manager, Supply Chain Business Systems, you will lead the business systems team within Supply Chain, spearhead the NetSuite ERP implementation in partnership with Finance and IT, and own administration of Arena PLM. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends supply chain domain expertise, systems ownership, and process design across procurement, planning, logistics, and returns.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, or supply chain operations, with hands-on ownership of enterprise system configuration, data integrity, and change control; 3+ years leading teams or major implementations.
  • You have strong supply chain expertise across procurement, MRP, planning, inventory, logistics, transfers, and RMA, and can translate operational needs into system requirements and workflows.
  • You are an analytical, clear communicator who gathers requirements, designs processes, and works effectively with Finance, Engineering, IT, suppliers, and executives.
  • You have led projects and small teams, and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure.
  • You are curious and forward-thinking, with a bias toward using AI and agentic workflows to streamline work.

What We Need

  • Lead and develop a small business systems team, setting priorities, coaching team members, and building a high-performing function.
  • Lead the NetSuite ERP implementation with Finance and IT, from requirements and design through data migration, testing, cutover, and adoption.
  • Own Arena PLM administration, configuration, and governance, including BOMs, change management, and routings.
  • Partner across Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and IT to support core supply chain processes and define the systems roadmap, project priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and deploy systems, reporting, AI, and agentic workflows that improve procurement, MRP, planning, logistics, inventory, transfers, and RMA while reducing manual work.

What You Will Learn

  • How to run an ERP implementation end-to-end at a fast-growing AI hardware company, from design through cutover.
  • How to build and scale a resilient supply chain systems function across ERP, PLM, and planning tools.
  • How AI and agentic workflows can transform procurement, planning, logistics, and returns processes.
  • How clean data and well-designed workflows can shape Engineering, Finance, and Operations strategy.
  • How to support multiple product lines and global contract manufacturers as Tenstorrent scales.
