*This is a hybrid position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
This person will be an instrumental team member that will support our People Operations and will have varied responsibilities with an emphasis in planning, administrative tasks, and details across the People Ops team likely including, Recruiting, Engagement and Human Resources. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will likely have responsibilities in the following areas:
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Work with the recruitment team to help manage job board marketing.
- Schedule and facilitate phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work with the recruitment team on the preparation and delivery of offer letters.
- Work with Leaders at Tenstreet along with the People Ops team members to coordinate start dates, new hire’s first day, and onboarding documents in-person.
- Responsible for People Ops onboarding compliance; running E-Verify, background checks, and employment verifications.
- Provide a positive and engaging onboarding experience.
- Engagement and Training
- Schedule and communicate training events and monthly company events (in various Tenstreet hubs across the country both in-person and via Zoom), our annual Winter Gathering, and plan additional events as needed.
- Human Resources
- Field day-to-day benefits questions and work with our internal team and third parties to find resolutions to employee questions.
- Complete quarterly and monthly reporting for the People Operations team.
- Act as a liaison with Team members and various parts of the Human Resource functions (payroll, benefits) to provide them with a great employee experience.
- Complete special projects as needed
