Project Background:

The Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate's mission is to improve homeland security by working with partners (department components, other government agencies, State, local, tribal, and territorial emergency responders and officials) to provide state-of-the-art solutions and/or technology that helps them achieve their missions.

Position Description:

 The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will deliver high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

 Required Skills:

  1. US Citizenship required to obtain security clearance
  2. BA/BS Degree or 10 years of experience in related field
  3. 10 years of relevant experience within the federal space providing administrative assistance to senior level executives
