General Details:
- Fully remote position.
- Working hours (40 hours/week EST)
- Employment type: Contractor.
- Compensation in USD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 6+ years of experience architecting, developing, and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) and service management (user administration, security, patching, service configuration).
- Strong expertise in data modeling, Dataverse (enterprise-level), and SQL Server (complex queries, performance optimization, and architecture).
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems, APIs, and data sources (REST, Graph API, Azure Functions, custom connectors, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in low-code/no-code development and business process automation across enterprise environments.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI-driven tools for chatbot or agent development.
- Background in Azure automation, PowerShell scripting, and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines within Power Platform.
- Familiarity with SharePoint development (sites, lists, libraries, permissions) for integration with Power Platform.
- Demonstrated experience applying Power Platform ALM best practices (environments, pipelines, versioning, solution management).
- Agile methodology and project management experience, including sprint planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, and solution design oversight.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or related credentials).
