What You’ll Do:
As the VP of Operations, you will lead the strategic and operational framework that drives Ternium’s success. You will oversee daily business functions, manage cross-departmental initiatives, and ensure that our operational infrastructure supports scalable growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to design processes, improve efficiency, and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
- Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a thorough, up-to-date understanding of all operational processes and functions.
- Provide consistent and effective operational support across the organization.
- Partner with HR to develop, update, and enforce company policies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the identification, hiring, training, and mentorship of the operations management team.
- Identify and cultivate emerging leaders, providing the guidance and development needed to prepare them for management roles.
- Deliver regular performance insights and operational reports to the COO and senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 12+ years’ experience in hospital revenue cycle management
- Escalating levels of management experience
- Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
- Multi-team management experience
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects at once
- Identification of gaps in process and ability to develop solutions from conception to implementation
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
- Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
Preferences:
- Experience with EPIC
- Graduate degree
