JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking an experienced Production lead who is knowledgeable of all Cone Filling Machines to join our processing team. This position will collaborate with Production Supervisor to lead quality and timely production, while mentoring Cone Filling Machine Operators to grow their skillset and productivity within the Pre-Roll manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing and maintaining an automated Cone Filling machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations. 

  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Operate automated cone filling machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency. 
  • Grind, sift and mix infused products. 
  • Lead a team that ensures pre-rolls/blunts are produced to product specifications.   
  • Ensure the team members inspecting the pre-rolls/blunts are meeting production expectations. 
  • Package and label pre-rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations. 
  • Record all production data and maintain accurate inventory counts.  
  • Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard. 
  • Help maintain and organize a clean workspace. 
  • Train/mentor MIP Associate(s) on all job duties pertaining to the machine and how to optimize its performance. 
  • Collaborate with appropriate parties to troubleshoot any issues with the machine's performance. 
  • Inform Production Supervisor of necessary parts or components to fix the machine when necessary. 
  • Communicate issues that arise to Production Supervisor and collaborate on appropriate solutions. 

      ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
  • Ability to utilize tools/equipment to mechanically repair and arrange parts to a large machine.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period.
