JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing and maintaining an automated pre-roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.  

Responsibilities

  • Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency  
  • Communicate issues that may arise to the facility manager  
  • Grind, sift and mix infused products 
  • Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard 
  • Help maintain organized and clean workspace 
  • Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency. 
  • Grind, sift and mix infused products.  
  • Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine. 
  • Package and label pre-rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations. 
  • Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard.  
  • Help maintain and organize a clean workspace. 
  • Track and input production metrics accurately. 
  • Collaborate with appropriate parties to troubleshoot any issues with the machine’s performance. 
  • Inform Facility Manager of necessary parts or components to fix the machine when necessary. 
  • Communicate issues that arise to Facility Manager and collaborate on appropriate solutions. 

Qualifications

  • Handy or mechanically inclined preferred 
  • Must be able to work at one station for an extended period 
  • Ability to work as a team and independently 
  • Ability to meet quotas set by facility manager 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance 

  

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
  • Ability to utilize tools/equipment to mechanically repair and arrange parts to a large machine.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period.
