
Marketing Operations Coordinator, Growth & Communications

POSITION SUMMARY
You’ll be the day-to-day engine supporting the development and execution of Terrabis’ loyalty and lifecycle campaigns across SMS, email, and in-store channels. You will work closely with the Growth & Communications Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through high-quality campaign builds, segmentation, and reporting, thereby enabling your manager to focus on strategy and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Management & Execution
- Build and schedule SMS and email campaigns in AIQ (or other CRM tools)
- Maintain and update audience segmentation based on behavior, preferences, and purchase history
- Execute loyalty campaigns, offers, and automations based on strategic briefs
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot send issues or data sync errors
- Track key performance indicators (e.g., open rates, CTRs, redemption rates) and compile campaign reports
- Support testing initiatives for A/B subject lines, creative, and timing
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of loyalty rules, tiers, and customer-facing communications
- Assist with vendor communication and coordination
- Respond to escalated customer service questions about the loyalty program
- Ensure all content is compliant with regulations and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with retail activators to support in-store loyalty efforts and signup drives
- Stay up to date on CRM tool updates and best practices to maximize platform value
Vendor & Partner Liaison
- Maintain a vendor contact database and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables.
Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Draft presentation decks, slide updates, and one-pagers for manager reviews.
- Organize team meetings, take notes, and track action items to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1–3 years in marketing operations, ecommerce support, or project coordination.
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable in Asana (or similar PM tools), and Alpine IQ (or similar CRM tools).
- Basic familiarity with Dutchie or other ecommerce/CMS platforms preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator: clear, concise emails and meeting summaries.
- Proactive problem-solver who escalates issues appropriately.
- Collaborative mindset: comfortable working across teams and vendors.

Illinois Pay Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
