GetWireless is in a growing industry and is a leading Value-Added Distributor of cellular solutions that connect the Internet of Things. 

The Sales Order and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing orders, tracking orders, and various reporting records. This role will also provide support in tracking and communicating changes and updates to order status. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Strategic Sales. This position will require strong diligence, a prominent level of quality critical thinking skills, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Sales order process management includes order entry, internal process flow and communication, and updates on order status changes.
  • Process connectivity of cellular devices and maintain tracking of the activations.
  • General account maintenance including assisting with research on credit issues, sourcing tax certificates, and updating account information.
  • Create spreadsheets to track vital information and sales.
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated account information.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
  • Provide occasional administrative support.
  • Assist with special projects that require substantial amounts of data entry.
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Data Entry work experience.
  • High school diploma: additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other staff.
  • Exceptional knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Analytical thinking within the data entry and sales process.
  • Organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies in the data entered and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adhere to established deadlines.
  • PC and basic networking skills required with strong knowledge of using a CRM/ERP, plus Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Maintain a prominent level of integrity, quality work standards and service excellence.

Compensation: $26/hour
