Tessco Technologies, a leader in wireless manufacturing and retail solutions, is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence).

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions, ensuring optimal ETL/ELT processing, data governance, semantic modeling, and performance optimization.

This is a hybrid position located in Hunt Valley, MD.

Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise data models and analytics solutions using NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and Oracle Analytics technologies.
  • Develop and optimize scalable data integration, data augmentation workflows using NSAW data pipelines.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data extraction, data processing and transformation from NetSuite ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Implement enterprise data warehouse architecture, including star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension modeling.
  • Knowledge to manage RPD/semantic model extension (OAC) including subject areas, logical dimensions, hierarchies, and measures.
  • Create interactive dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics reports using OAC/NSAW.
  • Enforce and manage data security, governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance within Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights and deliver impactful solutions that support business goals.
  • Implement CI/CD processes and migration strategies across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
  • Optimize query performance, aggregates, caching strategies, and warehouse performance tuning.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting and data reconciliation.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) development and administration.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with Semanitc Model extension, repository development, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Experience with FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) for data visualization and self-service analytics.
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for data visualization and self-service analytics.
  • Proficiency in Data Augmentation for ETL/ELT development and orchestration.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Deep understanding of dimensional data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
  • Experience integrating NetSuite ERP data with third-party enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience implementing automated deployment and migration processes across environments.
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and BI development, with strong focus on Oracle Analytics stack.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud, NSAW) are a plus.

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000
