The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will assist the RSE in hunting and prospecting new opportunities within an assigned territory, while also maintaining and assisting in the expansion and growth potential with already established OEM’s within that territory. The sales process will consist of making outbound sales calls and acting on qualified leads. The ISR will provide quotes to customers, review sales orders for accuracy, and enter sales orders. The ISR will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, assisting with logging opportunities and registrations into the CRM, managing new opportunities to completion, and providing sales forecasting for their segment of the customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Re-establish and expand the growth potential for dormant and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to match them to the appropriate product in our expanding portfolio
  • Work closely with management, internal team members, external sales, and service teams to generate high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Research and provide recommendations on new solutions
  • Recommend profit and service improvements
  • Provide quotes for customers
  • Review sales orders for accuracy
  • Enter all new registrations into CRM along with associated opportunity
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for daily use of CRM on all contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
  • Participating in trade shows to expand territory networking and growth potential

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Business or Marketing/Sales
  • Associates degree considered with 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience dealing with a technical product line – preferably within cellular data communications
  • Independent achiever with history of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong technical product background/aptitude in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies
  • Must be product certified with demonstrable expertise
  • Proven success in the sales field working with OEM’s.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • PC and basic networking skills required with strong knowledge of using a CRM and Microsoft 365
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, quality work standards, and service excellence

  • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 plus bonus potential
