Research Associate II, Oligonucleotide Chemistry

Your experience includes...

  • BS/MS degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field. Industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience in different oligonucleotide synthesis techniques using Mermade or Oligo Pilot synthesizers preferred.
  • Experience in HPLC purification and analysis of long oligonucleotides are a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Chemdraw, and SciFinder.
  • Good written communication and presentation skills.

You are interested in....

  • Finding Novel and efficient ways to synthesize long oligonucleotides.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of organic synthesis techniques 
  • In-process testing using analytical HPLC

The Research Associate position will be responsible in supporting upstream processes for oligonucleotide manufacturing for research and scale-up.  You are a driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable multitasking and working independently on various aspects of the platform under tight timelines. You are interested in joining a dynamic team who is responsible for supporting the upstream process for oligonucleotide manufacturing for research and scale-up. You are an independent, creative thinker with high attention to detail and are enthusiastic about contributing to new ideas.
