Senior Engineer II, Python Full Stack

Your experience includes… 

• BS in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of biotechnology industry experience is required.
• Python, Javascript, and SQL experience
• AWS experience (Lambda, RDS, EC2, ALB)
• Experience with Docker
• Experience working in a biotechnology organization
• It's a bonus if you have experience with: FastAPI, React, Vue.js, or another modern JavaScript framework 

You are interested in… 

• Contributing to system design and architecture
• Building RESTful services using the FastAPI following engineering best practices
• Building applications to support computation biology analysis
• Building relational and NoSQL databases
• Some Javascript, HTML, CSS front end development

About you: 

The Senior Engineer II will be responsible for full stack development in AWS. The software will be integral to laboratory automation and scientific data analysis. We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is comfortable multitasking and working independently on various aspects of the platform. This individual will join a dynamic, growing, and highly collaborative team.

Recently relocating to Colorado, Ian enjoys spending his free time exploring the outdoors.
