Branch Manager
Job Scope:
Fully responsible for a branch team that is accountable for delivering consistent customer and financial growth through effective lending and sales practices, with an emphasis on customer retention. Achieves targeted financial results through the proper execution of company policies, procedures and lending programs. In charge of all aspects of customer account management. Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Prior management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive and positive attitude
- Networking and business development skills
- Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market
- Satisfactory credit report, criminal background check, driving record and drug test
- Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Consistently staffs and trains branch co-workers in all critical processes of branch operations
- Effectively communicates the benefits of company products and programs during inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Ensures loan applications are complete, accurate and verified to maintain proper customer files
- Explains contracts to customers thoroughly and ensures all necessary documents are completed and signed by both parties to meet federal, state and local requirements
- Produces consistent customer growth through effective training and inspection of lending and account management practices, with an emphasis on customer retention
- Supervises and participates in all phases of account management to meet minimum revenue requirements
- Inspects customer files monthly to ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements
- Responsible for satisfactory audit scores
- Provides a branch schedule that ensures an efficient use of manpower and maximum effectiveness
Specific knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Experience in supervising cash handling and bank deposits
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiations
- Demonstrated success establishing referral partners that lead to sales increases
- Demonstrates effective written and oral presentation skills
- Demonstrates organization and time management skills
