Are you a driven sales professional with extensive experience in the heavy mechanical trade industry? Texas Chiller Systems is seeking a highly experienced Account Executive to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong background in HVAC, boiler, chiller, and other heavy mechanical systems. If you’re passionate about delivering solutions and building long-term client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in the HVAC, boiler, and chiller sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on commercial and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth goals.

Qualifications:

• Required: At least 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the heavy mechanical trade industry (HVAC, boilers, chillers, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial mechanical systems and applications.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend site visits as needed.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Competitive base salary plus commission structure (commensurate with experience). 80-110K BASE
