Job Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you play a crucial role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. You are the backbone of our sales team, ensuring that processes are efficient, communication is seamless, and customers receive top-tier support. From handling administrative tasks to coordinating with clients and internal teams, your contributions help drive sales success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· You will work closely with the sales team to provide essential support that keeps everything moving efficiently. You will assist in preparing proposals, drafting contracts, and ensuring that all sales-related documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintaining organized records and tracking customer accounts will be key to supporting both internal teams and external partners.
· Providing excellent customer service is another critical part of the role. You will be a primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions about contracts, or general sales processes. Your ability to respond quickly and professionally will help strengthen client relationships and reinforce our reputation for outstanding service.
· You will also work behind the scenes to optimize sales operations. This includes identifying opportunities to streamline processes, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems, and keeping sales materials updated. By maintaining accurate records and compiling reports, you will provide valuable insights into sales performance and trends, helping leadership make informed decisions.
· Collaboration will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will work closely with finance, marketing, estimating and operations teams to align efforts, ensuring that sales initiatives are supported across the company.
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecast projections for internal meetings and strategic decision-making.
· Coordinate sales team meetings, trainings, and presentations.
· Serve as a point of contact for sales team inquiries and provide guidance to sales representatives on procedural issues.
· Assist with the onboarding and training of new sales representatives.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years in sales support, administration, or customer service.
· A strong communicator who keeps things clear, concise, and professional.
· Detail-oriented with great organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
· A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes.
· Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point).
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule:
· Hours to be available are 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Hours are subject to change with seasonal demands/workload.
