Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Yerevan office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling bank transactions, and supporting accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams across multiple locations (US, UK & AM).

Location
Yerevan, AM (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records using Xero accounting software
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage payments
• Armenia payroll accounting and reconciliation
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Reconcile internal records with statements and external reports
• Assist in expense tracking, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Communicate with banks and service providers to support financial operations
• Collaborate with global finance and operations teams to ensure data consistency and timelines  
• Organizing and filing vendor invoices
• Other finance & accounting related adhoc tasks

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Working knowledge of Xero (or willingness to learn quickly) or other account softwares
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting systems and financial data
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in English and Armenian. Russian is a plus.
