We’re in search of a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our People team in Yerevan. The ideal candidate is passionate about productive sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and has an interest in algorithmic trading and the application of modern technologies in finance.

Location
Yerevan, Armenia (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement)

Key responsibilities

  • Find potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, stackoverflow etc)
  • Conduct a Talent Market Research, build profile intelligence, expand and maintain talent network
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Attract and keep ongoing communication with current and past candidates
  • Craft and send customized reach-outs depending on one's profile nuances
  • Keep track of measurements - responded, rejected, converted into active candidates etc
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System, sheets, other tools)

Basic Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Verbal & written ENG in full-working-proficiency level
  • Sourcing skills to identify the best match for given roles
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment
  • Openness to new tasks and recruiting challenges


Nice to have Requirements

  • Proficiency in technical sourcing via different platforms (LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, codeforces etc) 
  • Any Recruiting or HR experience in Algorithmic Trading, Investment banking, Finance or related fields
  • Proficiency in using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proficiency in sourcing for niche markets, candidates and industries
