Center Manager

Riverview, FL

About Us

At Greenbrook Medical, we believe seniors deserve more from the healthcare system—more time, more care, more coordination, and more heart. We provide high-touch, relationship-based primary care to seniors, built around one simple idea: deliver the kind of care we’d want for our own parents.

Founded by two brothers—Raj and Neil Machhar—and inspired by their father’s pioneering work in Medicare Advantage, Greenbrook is deeply personal and proudly modern. We quarterback our patients through their healthcare journey, making sure they’re never alone in a complex system. Our business model is designed around patient outcomes, not volume—so we only succeed when our patients thrive.

With roots in Tampa Bay and a partnership with Tampa General Hospital, we’re growing thoughtfully to bring our model to more communities. Our team is the heart of it all: mission-driven, values-oriented, and relentlessly committed to taking the best care of our patients.

About the Role

As a Center Manager at Greenbrook Medical, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our clinic and ensure both patients and staff feel supported. You’ll oversee and coach a team of Medical Assistants, partner closely with physicians, and make sure the clinic runs smoothly—from welcoming new patients to compliance, reporting, and staff development. This is both a leadership and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

We’re looking for a healthcare leader who combines operational excellence with empathy and is excited to grow alongside a company redefining primary care for seniors. In this role, you’ll directly impact patient outcomes, shape a positive team culture, and help set the standard for senior-focused primary care in our community.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
