Vice President of Finance

New York City, NY

About Us

At Greenbrook Medical, we believe seniors deserve more from the healthcare system—more time, more care, more coordination, and more heart. We provide high-touch, relationship-based primary care to seniors, built around one simple idea: deliver the kind of care we’d want for our own parents.

Founded by two brothers inspired by their father’s pioneering work in Medicare Advantage, Greenbrook is deeply personal and proudly modern. We quarterback our patients through their healthcare journey, making sure they’re never alone in a complex system. Our business model is designed around patient outcomes, not volume—so we only succeed when our patients thrive.

With roots in Tampa Bay and a partnership with Tampa General Hospital, we’re growing thoughtfully to bring our model to more communities. Our team is the heart of it all: mission-driven, values-oriented, and relentlessly committed to taking the best care of our patients.

About the Role

The Vice President of Finance will serve as the organization’s senior financial leader, responsible for financial strategy, planning, operations, and performance management across the business. As our first financial leader, you'll help guide the organization through its next stage of scale and complexity. This role will play a critical part in elevating the Finance function from a tactical function to a strategic driver of the business—bringing financial rigor, leadership, and insight. The ideal leader will help build the foundation for a world-class finance organization that can support the company’s ambitious trajectory.

This leader will guide the company through rapid growth, evolving risk-based contracts, and the complexities of value-based care economics. The VP of Finance will oversee all financial functions—FP&A, accounting, spend management, risk arrangements—and serve as a key thought partner to the CEO and executive team. As a VP of Finance, you’ll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
