  • Joint Success Plans & Adoption. Partner with programs, institutions and specialties to co-create detailed 12-month success plans, embedding high-value use cases and tracking milestones to drive sustained engagement.
  • Customer Advocacy & Feedback Loops. Serve as the voice of the customer—collect, prioritize, and champion product improvement requests with Product and Engineering to shape our roadmap.
  • Raving Fans Experience. Co-create and facilitate industry-specific playbooks, trainings, and engagement strategies that delight customers and create passionate advocates.
  • Retention & Expansion. Proactively monitor customer health, run executive business reviews from the GME office to executive stakeholders, and execute interventions that boost retention and upsell.
