The Opportunity
Join our high-impact marketing team and help shape the future of offline commerce. You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing, collaborating across sales, product, and customer success to drive growth in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You'll Do
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
- Lead win/loss and churn analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Product Launch & Enablement
- Own end-to-end product launch execution and marketing plans
- Create sales enablement materials, including scripts, training, and demo environments
- Develop compelling collateral that communicates platform value to customers and prospects
Content & Communication
- Produce diverse marketing materials: product guides, videos, presentations, help articles
- Write release notes, product newsletters, and customer enablement content
- Serve as the go-to product expert for internal teams and external stakeholders
Impact Measurement
Drive measurable improvements in win rates, product adoption, customer renewals, NPS scores, and revenue growth.
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing or consulting at a startup or growth-stage tech company
- 2-3 years of SaaS B2B product marketing experience with proven career advancement
- Track record of success in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Skills & Expertise
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $170,000
Final compensation will be determined fairly based on the candidate’s geographic location (U.S. or Canada), relevant experience, and the scope of responsibilities.
