Your Next Role
The restaurant technology space is undergoing rapid transformation, creating a unique opportunity for Thanx to expand our footprint with leading brands. Following successful IPOs from companies like DoorDash, Toast, and Olo, the market is more dynamic than ever—and Thanx is well-positioned for accelerated growth.
This role is not a traditional B2B marketing position. Restaurant buyers don’t evaluate software like typical B2B audiences, and success will require rethinking conventional tactics. You’ll need to experiment with new approaches to engagement, solve complex automation challenges, and be comfortable toggling between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You’ll be a key contributor to a high-performing marketing team, working closely with the VP of Marketing and collaborating cross-functionally with sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of restaurant marketing at a high-growth startup—combining strategic impact with direct visibility into results in a trillion-dollar industry.
We are hiring for 100% remote roles at all levels; this job can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.
What You'll Do
Pipeline Generation & Event Management
- Execute against pipeline targets, creating measurable sales opportunities that drive results
- Partner closely with sales to design and execute outreach programs that drive qualified conversations
- Create and optimize multi-touch email campaigns that move prospects through the sales funnel
- Assist with events, including field events and industry conferences. Work with sales to organize field events and manage conference logistics as well as pre-event outreach strategies and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI
Marketing Operations & Automation
- Manage and optimize our B2B SaaS marketing and sales technology stack, including MixMax, Salesforce, AutoPilot, Gong, and similar platforms
- Leverage existing content assets to create multi-channel marketing materials
- Implement AI-driven workflow automation to scale content creation and campaign execution
Content Calendar & Campaigns
- Maintain comprehensive marketing calendar and ensure flawless campaign execution
- Produce engaging short-form video content and social media assets that resonate with B2B audiences
- Create compelling outreach sequences and sales enablement materials
- Drive measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales team productivity through data-driven campaign optimization
What You Bring
Experience
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with proven track record of pipeline impact
- Hands-on experience optimizing marketing and sales technology platforms (Gong, MixMax, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue results
- Experience managing conference and field events from planning through execution and follow-up
Skills & Expertise
- Strong operational mindset with exceptional task management and organizational capabilities
- Analytical approach to campaign performance measurement and optimization
- Emerging expertise in AI tools for marketing automation and content scaling
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO/GEO principles preferred but not required

Level: Manager/Senior Manager
Compensation Range: $105,000 - $160,000
Final compensation will be determined fairly based on the candidate’s geographic location (U.S. or Canada), relevant experience, and the scope of responsibilities.
