We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and eager to experiment with new strategies to drive demand, engagement, and conversion.

As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running digital campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and growth product to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

This is a highly cross-functional, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for continuous experimentation and improvement.

What you'll do

  • Support growth initiatives: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, content syndication, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, and more) to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Analyze performance: Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Optimize the funnel: Assist in improving lead nurturing, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Content & messaging: Help develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Test & iterate: Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Background we're looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset.

Experience we’d be particularly excited about

  • Experience in health benefits, insurance, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup.

  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with the hiring manager to work through a live case study
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles

$98,000 - $143,000 USD
