The Role.
tldr: we’re looking for a multidisciplinary Content Creator to make, make, make unskippable social work, bringing humour and smarts to our work, clients and culture.

We’re looking for a tenacious, multidisciplinary Content Creator with a keen eye for cutting-edge social. The skillset of this role is totally open, but you’ll know how to set the internet alight. You’ll be part creator, part creative - getting your hands dirty to make social media content at the speed of culture.

This is a midweight level role. You could have a background in writing, creation, art direction, illustration, video production or editing or all of these things. This a role for the people who have been rejected by traditional agencies looking for one specific craft. You’re a new age creative, whose skills are flexible and multidisciplinary. When an idea is on the table, you’ll know how to pick up the right tools to make it happen and lead it all the way through to hitting the post button.

 Your responsibilities.

  •  Make and produce unskippable social media content including short-form videos, graphics, photos and written posts
  • Own the lo-fi content production process, from concept to shoot to final edit, for organic social content.
  • Work closely with influencers and celebrities - possibly at IRL events and activations to produce content for our clients.
  • Stay on top of trends in short-form content and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Contribute to forward planning and content calendar – Generate ideas for social, research social media trends and collaborate with team on shared content calendar.
  • Community engagement – Contribute to replying to comments, monitoring our messages on social and finding moments to connect with fans and communities.
  • Maintain our clients’ brand style and tone of voice across all assets.
  • Be able to work at the speed of culture. 

 Some specific skills you’ll need. 

  • A strong portfolio showcasing always-on social video and written content. 
  • Have good understanding of cultural movements, consumer behaviour, and how to connect emotionally and commercially.
  • Broad multi-platform knowledge - from YouTube to TikTok to Discord to Reddit and everything in-between.
  • Proven success developing social-first campaigns that drive both engagement and conversions.
  • Comfortable working in a trend-driven environment.
