Creative Director, Social (FTC)
Firstly, a little bit about us.
We make brands unskippable.
Through our work with clients including... [deep breath] Adobe, Prime Video, Spotify, YouTube, Microsoft, Kellogg’s, HSBC, John Lewis, Have I Got News For You, Motorway, Channel 4 and Amazon Alexa, we add value, not noise.
We put creativity at the heart of everything we do. From social strategy, social creative, social production, social amplification and social effectiveness, we deliver expertise and cultural relevance. On social.

The Role.
We’re looking for a brilliant Social Creative Director to lead the charge in shaping bold, culture-moving ideas from our London office.
You’ll be an ambitious, award-winning thinker who knows how to make brands famous on and beyond social. As comfortable crafting platform-native content as you are steering big brand platforms, you’ll bring a restless curiosity for how creativity, community and culture intersect.
You understand that the most defining work today isn’t a TV ad or a billboard: it’s something that earns its way into the feed and the conversation. Whether it’s a reactive idea, a creator collab or a cultural moment in disguise, you know how to make work people want to talk about.
And of course, you know how to take it all the way: from idea to execution to award stage.
Your responsibilities.
- You’ll create standout social-first work across a diverse mix of brands and platforms, turning insight and innovation into ideas that earn attention and impact.
- You’ll work closely with senior creatives and junior talent alike, helping shape ideas, upskill the team, and raise the creative bar through mentorship and thoughtful feedback.
- As a trusted creative counsel to clients, you’ll help them see what great looks like in social, leading the charge in selling in bold, smart and effective ideas.
- You’ll collaborate across Strategy, Design, Production and Client Services, bringing creative thinking into every part of the process - and turning great thinking into award-winning campaigns that move culture forward.
Some specific skills you’ll need.
- Deep understanding of internet language and meme culture: fluent in trends, tone and cultural nuance.
- Sharp copywriter: able to express ideas with clarity, wit and brand-aligned tone across all platforms.
- Strong visual eye and art direction skills: confident directing shoots, briefing creators and bringing ideas to life across every format.
- Confident across the full spectrum of content creation: from high-production hero campaigns to agile, self-shot, high-volume social content.
- Naturally innovative: curious about new tools, tech and creative uses of emerging platforms and AI.
- Inspiring leader: mentoring and upskilling the team, raising creative standards and nurturing talent.
- Trusted creative counsel: able to present with conviction, guide clients through the evolving social landscape and sell in bold ideas.
- Collaborative and ego-free (this one’s very impportant): open to feedback, passionate about teamwork and obsessed with making the work better.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, opportunity-spotting and driven to push creative boundaries.
- Strong portfolio of always-on social, short-form video and platform-first ideas that demonstrate cultural fluency and craft.
- Endless source of fresh, relevant ideas — from big brand platforms to reactive, social-first moments that travel.
Extra Awesome:
- A good sense of humour
- Being able to demonstrate a passion for social media, creative work and the industry as a whole.
Perks of the job.
We also offer several perks, including the following:
- 25 days holiday + 2 extra days at Christmas + 2 annual days for volunteering
- Flexible working, with 2 in-office days expected
- Employee wellbeing perks including things like; EAP mental health support
- Discounted gym membership
- Cycle to work scheme
- Pension scheme
- Access to health insurance
