The Role. 

As a Senior Creative within the creative team, you’ll be an inspiring force for creative work across our clients reporting into our new ECD.  

Creatives at That Lot are the life and soul of our agency. We’re a small but mighty multidisciplinary team – made up of skilled storytellers, mischief makers and conceptual animals working to bring big ideas to the small screen for some of the most loved brands in the UK.  
 
Our Executive Creative Director is looking for tenacious and curious people to make work that makes the rest of the industry say “I wish I’d made that”.  

 Your responsibilities. 

  • Concepting and developing campaign and owned social ideas. 
  • Leading creative on several client accounts. 
  • Being able to present your work in a clear and engaging way, especially in pitches. 
  • Having bags of initiative, tenacity and curiosity.  
  • The ability to craft ideas and communicate them effectively. 
  • Creator-level abilities that go beyond traditional advertising art direction or design. 
  • An instinct for slick, unforgettable decks. 
  • An eagerness to understand your client’s brand, marketing strategies and industry. 
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and being able to promote That Lot to prospective clients at new business opportunities and events. 
  • Working closely with other teams such as Strategy and Design to develop ideas. 
  • Managing, mentoring and assisting more junior members of the creative team. 

 Some specific skills you’ll need. 

We’re looking for a big-thinking creative with a keen eye for cutting-edge social. Social first, but not social only. You’ll want to set internet culture alight. You can see an idea through from its embryonic state to a full-blown, award-winning campaign that will stop people in their tracks. This is what we call Work That SlapsTM. Oh, Work that SlapsTM is work that’s attention-grabbing, memorable and unexpected – all good slaps are made of this. It’s what we need to do to get our content to stand out on social.  
 
We’re looking for someone who can set internet culture alight.  
 
You understand the need for clear, simple thought, and how to articulate ideas in the most compelling and convincing way. 

  • Internet culture obsessed  
  • A native social user with creator-level capabilities that goes beyond traditional advertising art direction or design. 
  • A big idea girlie. You love them.  
  • You will be happy to work on your own and with the team.  
  • You will have a proven ability to use culture to inspire your ideas 
  • A history of great conceptual work. 
  • Confident in Powerpoint, Adobe Suite etc. 
  • A breadth of creative knowledge with the ability to produce useful visual references and predict creative trends. 
  • An ability to scamp and mock ideas up.  
  • A team player who cares about the growth and development of the agency.
