Associate Technical Producer (Project Hire)

We are seeking an Associate Technical Producer (Project Hire) to support management and delivery of an AAA action-adventure game. Your strengths are organization, attention to detail and soft people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Practice project management principles within small scope areas.
- Assist in documentation, planning and tracking of project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support solicitation for Sr. Production regarding the scope, goals and requirements and to communicate them effectively. Work collaboratively with production and development departments to execute project goals and realize company values.
- Actively participates in small to medium cross-discipline collaborative efforts inside and outside of their own domain.
- Participates in planning and review activities.
- Assists in guiding a feature or multiple features across the game.
- Work closely with team members, including artists, animators, designers, and programmers, to facilitate the smooth development of the game.
- Connect teammates and help provide opportunities to collaborate. Ensures key stakeholders are kept informed and drive towards clarity.
- Communicates clear, timely and relevant information to teammates and Sr. Production.
- Collect data from task tracking databases and other tools for use in data reports.
- Write clear agendas for meetings including desired outcomes; Effectively lead smaller meetings, broadcast outcomes and follow-up on action items.
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment.
- Suggest improvements to the production process and assist in seeing them through.
Requirements & Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms.
- Curious, flexible and agile, able to adapt during a project to emerging requirements. Able to potentially finish one department deliverable then switch to a different department deliverable after, if required.
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders and producers
- Data analytics background or capability preferred.
- Interest or experience in technical systems design and engineering processes preferrable.
- Adaptive skills, knowing when to use formal or informal tactics and strategy to achieve project success.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Associate Producer or Project Manager working on a complex project.
- Strong time management skills in a technically sophisticated and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- High attention to detail
(This is a temporary “Project Hire” position. The anticipated duration of this assignment will vary. TNM Project Hire employees will be eligible to participate in a number of TNM benefit plans such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and flexible PTO)
TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.
The estimated base pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $95,000
