  • Monitor milestone health, velocity, and team capacity across strike teams and departments.
  • Foster a unified, collaborative production culture, bringing together producers from across departments into a cohesive team with shared standards and practices.
  • Champion high standards of project management discipline, while creating space for iteration, creative experimentation, and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project and team health, proactively identifying risks and building mitigation strategies.
  • Represent Production leadership in executive updates, clearly communicating project status, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Advocate for healthy development practices that protect team wellbeing while achieving project goals.
  •  Partner with Finance to support the project budget and maintain a healthy P&L.
  • Align budget planning with project needs by evaluating resource allocation and funding requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in AAA game production, particularly through the final phases of development and shipping.
  • Deep expertise in project management practices, milestone planning, risk mitigation, and production reporting.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, able to set up and drive efficient, effective cross-functional workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with production tools such as Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, Perforce, Confluence, or similar.
  • Exceptional team leadership and mentorship skills; proven success in managing other leads and developing talent within a production organization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance creative needs with production realities, especially during polish and submission phases.
  • Calm under pressure, highly adaptable, and able to drive alignment in complex and fast-moving environments.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in game production, with 3+ years at a senior leadership or director level.
  • Shipped at least one AAA title in a senior production leadership role, ideally including ownership of polish and submission phases.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling a production team across multiple disciplines (design, art, engineering, narrative, audio).

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
