Referral Liaison

Position Overview
The Referral Liaison is responsible for oversight and management of referrals from community partners. This role will focus on maintaining communication between our referral sources and appropriate team members within The Emily Program (TEP) to ensure seamless care coordination for partners/patients. This role will work collaboratively with the Professional Relations team as well as admissions and center team members to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent communication.

How Referral Liaisons Empower Recovery
- Monitor referrals & systems to ensure referrals are connected/set up with the correct party within Accanto.
- Where appropriate, communicate with patients, referral partners, and appropriate team members to facilitate accurate and informed referrals.
- Collaborate daily with Business Development team members as well as admissions and center team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ownership of partner sales funnel, ensuring successful referral management by maintaining accurate daily documentation in CRM application (SFDC).
- Conduct daily follow-ups on referrals from the previous day in assigned markets, ensuring timely responses and smooth transitions through the admissions process.
- Answer referral source questions, address any concerns, and update appropriate team and/or Regional Outreach Manager (ROM) as needed.
- Manage and follow up to all virtual inquiries directed to the outreach/sales team, ensuring accurate information is provided and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, communications, or social work
- This is an entry-level position; however, behavioral healthcare experience (direct care, program/clinical office, admission coordination, referral management, etc.), or equivalent experience is preferred.
