Position Overview

Therapists provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. 

Schedule 

  • Working generally Monday- Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm 
  • 1-2 evenings per week working until approximately 8:00 (would have a later start time on those days)

 

Compensation Range:

  • Therapist I (Pre-Independently / Associate Licensed Therapists):
    • $55,000-$65,000 Annually
  • Therapist II (Independently Licensed Therapists):
    • $65,000-$75,000 Annually

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position.

How Therapists Empower Recovery

 

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs. 
  • Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan. 
  • Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals. 
  • Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting non-disordered eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns. 
  • Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies. 
  • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning. 
  • Generate detailed discharge and transition service plans, making informed recommendations for continued care and coordinating transitions to the next level of care services. 
  • Work closely with external professionals and community agencies to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care for client’s post-discharge. 
  • Offer clinical supervision to colleagues when appropriate, depending on licensure and expertise. 
  • Drive clients, staff, and supplies using the company vehicle when necessary, ensuring safety and compliance with transportation protocols. 
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission. 

 

Qualifications

 

Education / License Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
  • Therapist I
    • Current Provisional or Associate licensure required in the state of employment required.
  • Therapist II
    • Current independent licensure in the state of employment required. 

Professional Qualifications: 

  • Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required. 
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred. 
  • Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred 
  • Computer proficiency required.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
