Provider/Physician Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Temporary)

Position Overview
The Provider/Physician Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for leading full lifecycle recruitment for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other licensed medical professionals supporting Medical and Psychiatric Operations throughout The Emily Program.
This role serves as a strategic recruitment partner to operational, clinical, and executive leadership by assessing current and future provider staffing needs, developing proactive sourcing strategies, advising on market trends and candidate competitiveness, and supporting workforce planning and forecasting.
The role requires strong consultative partnership, advanced sourcing expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex, high-priority provider searches from intake through onboarding transition.

- Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 5:00pm
How the TABP will support:
- Leads and manages the full lifecycle recruitment process for provider and physician roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer partnership, and onboarding handoff.
- Serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to Medical, Psychiatric, Clinical Operations, and HR leadership to understand workforce needs, prioritize critical openings, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Develops and executes proactive sourcing strategies for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Moonlighters, Locums providers, and other licensed medical professionals as needed.
- Builds and maintains strong pipelines of qualified provider candidates through residency and fellowship programs, medical schools, professional associations, networking, referrals, job boards, agencies, vendors, and direct sourcing methods.
- Advises hiring leaders on provider recruitment market trends, candidate availability, compensation competitiveness, recruitment timelines, and selection of best practices.
- Conducts thorough candidate screenings and presents qualified candidates to leadership with clear summaries of experience, qualifications, licensure considerations, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
Qualifications
- Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience required, including significant healthcare, behavioral health, provider, physician, advanced practice provider, clinical, nursing, administrative, and/or executive recruitment experience strongly preferred.
