We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases

Requirements:
Bar license in Wyoming
2 to 5 years of legal experience

What You’ll Do
As a Settlement Manager in our End of Case department, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team. You will directly interact with clients, ensuring empathy and support throughout their case-closing journey. A Settlement Manager becomes the client’s main point of contact once a resolution is reached on a case, providing them with routine updates until the case is closed. Key position duties include:
Client Support: Being the friendly face our clients rely on. You’ll listen, empathize, and provide guidance during their case-closing and document signing process.
Caseload Management: Supporting cases by managing task deadlines, ensuring timely responses, and coordinating with attorneys and other team members.
Reviewing Closing Documents: Gathering necessary closing forms and documents from insurance companies and ensuring the proper resolution of all claims.
Obtaining Settlement Checks: Ensuring that settlement checks are promptly issued by the insurance companies and received by our firm.
Provide Client Updates: You’ll keep clients informed about the case-closing progress, answering their queries, and providing reassurance.
Settlement Distributions: You'll facilitate the delivery of the client’s settlement funds.
What to Expect
Office Environment: You'll work onsite in our Murray, Utah location, with the potential for a 1-day remote hybrid schedule.
Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with attorneys and other colleagues across departments. Effective communication and collaboration are essential.
High-Volume Task Management: You'll oversee multiple cases simultaneously, requiring excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
Time Management: You'll efficiently allocate time to each case by balancing urgency with thoroughness.
Client Advocacy: You'll demonstrate excellent customer service by listening, effectively communicating by phone, email, text, and in-person, and providing each client with a fantastic experience.
Metrics Goals: Monthly performance metrics guide your progress. Meeting targets reflects your impact on client satisfaction and team success.
What You’ll Need
Customer Service Experience: Requires prior experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members is essential.
Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and task flows to manage and track tasks.
Empathy: Ability to understand and share feelings of others, particularly when dealing with clients’ cases.
Attention to Detail: Requires attention to detail when completing all work tasks.
Bilingual in Spanish and English: Must be able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients, both verbally and in writing.
