New Development Sales Associate, The Agency Development Group

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of new development real estate sales experience with a proven ability to manage the sales process from inception to close.
  • You are confident in your ability to market and sell to the US and Canadian markets
  • You are familiar with data entry / CRM systems, meeting report deadlines, and are well organized
  • You are willing to relocate to Cancun, Mexico for as long as the Project requires: anticipate moving before the end of 2024 through the end of 2027.
  • You are comfortable, and preferably proficient, in Spanish.

Role Description: The New Development Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Director of
Sales in generating sales achieving all project-specific sales objectives and key results. The Sales
Associate’s primary function is to convert prospect traffic into buyers of residences at the Project:

  • Co-direct report for all associate or administrative team members
  • Co-client-facing liaison to developer client as it relates to sales discussions in partnership with the Director of Sales and any additional Sales Associates
  • Generate new traffic to the sales office through networking, communication with local and key real estate agents and brokers
  • Actively seek referrals from other buyers, utilizing any and all means to generate new traffic for the Project
  • Provide excellent customer service to real estate sales agents and prospective buyers
  • Co-lead Director of Sales on identifying project sales objections, target demo hot buttons, various presentation pathways, establishing sales conversion goals, and support the entire sales team towards the successful sellout of the Project
  • Accurately manage CRM system, listings, inputting new data, inventory updates and buyer information in real-time
  • Support any and all operational, corporate needs for our established processes
  • Manage leads and respective follow-ups for all designated clients
  • Understand and effectively communicate deal points, financing terms, and closing conditions and processes

Responsibilities & Sales Expectations:

  • Meet and exceed sales/ closing goals: Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually
  • Focus sales efforts to the North American and Canadian markets, maximizing national exposure for the Project utilizing own rolodex & the US / CDA Agency networks
  • Attend regular sales meetings and one-off training and team meetings
  • Complete any responsibilities required in the sales gallery i.e. opening/ closing, maintaining the office in a neat and orderly fashion, order needed supplies in a timely manner and other administrative functions
  • Manage customer traffic and diligently and timely input prospect data and follow-up into the CRM system

Sales Initiatives & Operations Management: Support and Partner with the Director of Sales to:

  • Create, produce, and execute all on-site events, marketing initiatives, and miscellaneous campaigns as necessary
  • Identify marketing trends and consumer trends in order to create new marketing opportunities to drive qualified traffic on-site
  • Compile the purchase agreement packages and ensure contract templates are accurate and sent properly through DocuSign
  • Review of new offers, suggest counter-offer recommendation(s) for review with the on-site Sales Manager and Managing Director (as necessary) prior to submitting to Seller
  • Review and confirm deal terms of purchase contracts before being sent to seller for execution
  • Review and provide commission instructions to escrow per project/closing as necessary with review and approval from Managing Director(s)
