Agent Service Coordinator

The Position:

The Agent Services Coordinator is an integral part of our team. The Agent Services Coordinator will perform a variety of functions in order to drive company success and is a key role in keeping the office functioning. In addition to the primary responsibilities of this position, this candidate must exemplify characteristics of the company’s core values, exemplifying a commitment to integrity, collaboration and innovation. Note, this role is full-time in-office. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist on-site guests
  • Answer and route inbound telephone calls
  • Assist with planning and scheduling appointments and events
  • Assist marketing department with promotional items and other projects
  • Assist real estate agents with marketing requests, such as printing flyers, ordering signs, listing sheets etc.
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Preparing conference rooms
  • Complete facility management tasks, including general office and business supply orders, equipment troubleshooting & repair coordination, liaising with building management, and oversee general office appearance and maintenance issues
  • Provide basic guidance to real estate agents on usage of phones, copier, etc
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as directed
  • Work with Agent Experience Manager to deposit commission checks
  • Actively help the Agent Experience Manager with troubleshooting timely requests and inquiries
  • Assist with monthly sales meetings in terms of prep, set-up, communication, etc. 

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable with usage of general business software (Chrome, Outlook, MS Office, etc)
  • Experience in real estate a plus

Compensation:

Base Salary - $20-23/hour USD. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
