The Position:

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of the ancillary services department, including title, escrow, mortgage, and home warranty services. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong operational background to drive process improvements, enhance service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase productivity.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including licensing, insurance, and security standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Technology and Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational systems and technologies.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the following mortgage, escrow, title insurance, real estate processes, and industry terminology.
  • A deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant industry software and systems.

Compensation:
Annual Salary - $100,000-$115,000 USD. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
